Nestled at the heart of Forest hill in Boston, there stood a villa that embodied a profound connection between the natural world & the comforts of modern living. This extraordinary abode was more than just a home, it was an immersive experience, a testament to the spirit of its surroundings.
Our design for the first phase office building creates 115,000sqft net of highly efficient, agile office space that provides unrivalled quality in Maidenhead.

Solution
Our approach was to present the site as a visual editorial platform with quarterly features based on events and occasions the brand was focused on. Each quarterly focus would be marked by the hero and custom tags that filter content.

Challenge
The installation of the 30kW Villa Rooftop Solar Solution at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi presented several challenges. These included ensuring the roof’s structural integrity to support the solar panels, adapting to extreme weather conditions such as high temperatures and sandstorms, and strategically positioning the panels to minimize shading and maximize energy production. Through careful planning and precise execution, we overcame these challenges, delivering a highly efficient and sustainable solar solution tailored to the villa’s specific needs.
Solution
To address the challenges encountered during the 30kW Villa Rooftop Solar Solution installation at Yas Island, we implemented several effective solutions. We conducted a thorough roof assessment to ensure its structural capacity and used high-quality materials to withstand the region’s harsh weather conditions. The solar panels were strategically positioned to optimize sunlight exposure, minimizing shading and maximizing energy generation throughout the day.
